The Kensington community has twelve distinct neighborhoods, each having its own unique architectural feature well-manicured landscape. There are four neighborhoods of Coach Homes that range from $300,000 to $700,000 and 1,700 to 2,800 square feet. These coach homes are in buildings with two units upstairs and two units downstair. Each unit boasts great views of the golf course and features a garage. Kensington offers a nice blend of single-family homes and villas throughout six neighborhoods. Tennis

Kensington is equipped with seven lighted hydro-grid clay courts, four of which are American red and three are Har-Tru. Two USPTA certified professionals are available to provide one-on-one or group lessons and clinics. A full service Tennis shop offers the latest in tennis apparel, racquets, and stringing as well as custom fitting services, repairs and expert instruction.

Swimming Pool

Kensington features a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool perfect for cooling off after a round of golf or tennis or simply to soak in the Southwest Florida sun. It is operated in a saline system which means it is free of chlorine and promotes a healthier environment. The Kensington Cabana offers menu items prepared poolside. Another highlight is the heated pool, which is open daily and can be enjoyed year-round.

Fitness Center

Kensington offers a free standing gym complete with standard cardio equipment and a complete circuit of strength training to provide the most beneficial workout. A variety of lessons are offered in season that include Strength and Tone, Mat Pilates, Yoga and Men’s Golf Conditioning. An added perk is that a personal trainer can develop a program directly targeting specific abilities, limitations, and goals.
